Career choice and its influencing factors: Perception of senior medical students

Abstract

The objective was to investigate the career preferences of senior medical students. In addition, we aim to rank the factors affecting career choice to identify different motivators that could be re-enforced in medical schools to enhance pursuing those least popular specialties.
